WOLVERINE Finish Recording New Album
August 1, 2005Sweden's WOLVERINE have finished recording their new album, "Still", at Spacelab studio in Tönisvorst, Germany. The follow-up to 2003's "Cold Light of Monday" was produced by Oliver Philipps, Christian "Moschus" Moos and WOLVERINE and will be mixed at the end of August. An October/November release via Elitist/Earache is expected.
"Before we started the recordings we announced a running order of the songs that has now been updated," the band write on their web site. "This is because we wrote an acoustic song while we were in the studio. The track is called 'Hiding'.
"The entire band feels that 'Still' is an amazing album. We can only hope that you'll feel the same way. We do of course hope to be able to go out and promote it live as much as possible."
